1. The passwords of your repeater are as same as your router's.

2. Poor signal connection may cause slow speeds or dropped connection.

3. If you do not see the desired wireless network, you can move the range extender closer to the router and scan again as it may be out of range.

Q1. Will the unit increase the WiFi signal strength?

It only extends the range of the signal. It does not increase the mbps of your router.

Q2. How far does it extend the range?

The extending distance can be up to 100ft (~30m), depending on the environments around, including how strong is the original signal.

Q3. When I put the wireless password, Why can't I continue set up the repeater?

Please check whether you enter the same password as your router, and check is there any special characters in it, such as ~!@#$%^&*(). If yes, please change your router password. Repeaters can not identify special characters.

Q4. How to reset the repeater?

Please long press the reset button for 10 seconds under powered. (NOT WPS button, the reset button is at the side)
